This place is full of counselors who are not at all personal. Nobody here is on the same page. If you come here for depression or anxiety you will leave worse. Nurse Tracy tries her best but the disconnect between the counselors and her creates a dangerous situation. I have been canceled on and stood up so many times by the counselor assigned to me. I went here a few times. They never offered to help me. I just went and talked, expecting some advice or meds but none was offered. I always left feeling like my time was wasted and no better off. Wouldn't recommend.
