As usual, my experience at East Berlin Smiles was great!! I have had phobias about going to the dentist since I was young. Of course dentistry then (1950's era) was nothing like dentistry today!! Thank goodness things have changed totally for the best!! Doctor Cockley and her staff were phenomenal . They made us feel at home, procedure was very quick!
The staff was very kind and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable. I appreciated that they took the time to explain everything before and the procedure. Dr. Cockley was warm and not pushy as too wether or not we should of had my daughters lip and tongue tie revised. The procedure itself only took minutes for them to do. I appreciated the fact that afterwards we were left alone to calm my daughter and try to have her nurse. Theywerent pushy to get us in and out right away. The entire staff & Dr. Cockley were amazing! They listened to my concerns, explained everything in great detail, & answered all my questions. They were kind, understanding, & professional! Dr. Cockley showed me the extent of my son's lip & tongue tie issues before fixing. The office is clean & very nice!! The online scheduling was so convenient! I definitely recommend them for TOTs issues!
