Dr. Cockley was so amazing! Took her time with us, explained everything thoroughly in terms of my daughters issues. Our daughter had a lip tie, cheek ties and posterior tongue tie. All of her staff was sweet and helpful. Overall an amazing experience despite the circumstances for being there. The procedure was brief, 5 minutes tops. But now we have to work on re-training her suck and working to find a good lactation specialist and CST in my area. We traveled 1 hour 40 minutes for this appt.
Everyone who worked with us to release my son's lip and tongue ties was caring, knowledgeable, and kind. They made a difficult experience amazing.
I am always greeted by name with a huge smile thanks to Krysta~and all the other girls too! My oral condition has been a struggle due to dry mouth but Dr. Cockley and her staff always find time to fit me in for the emergency visits and always have alternative oral hygiene to recommend to me like oil pulling, biotine, ice crystals, and electric toothbrushes. They even have ozone to assist with sensitive mouths. Thank you all for making me feel like part of your family!

Dr. Cockley, Alyssa and all the staff were absolutely amazing! They were able to schedule us quickly when I called and provided amazing service during our visit. My sons tongue/lip tie were taken care of that very day. Their post procedure instructions and follow up care were detailed and precise.I would highly recommend this office!
