RecommendedI was so impressed with Dr Cockley and her staff! Scheduling online was SO easy, I expected more of a wait til an available appointment but was pleasantly surprised to schedule the following Monday. The precision email and paperwork went to my junk mail so I arrived unprepared but they were very accommodating and didn’t make us feel rushed. We were able to ask questions and take our time in deciding and caring for our 1 week old child. So many thanks for correcting our tongue and lip ties!!!

Everyone at East Berlin smiles are absolutely wonderful!!! I drive an hour & half to have them work on my children-totally work the drive hands downThey all were so welcoming & so helpful with my daughter & sons lip ties & tongue ties! I also love the caring atmosphere they create!!
The staff here is amazing! They are patient and incredibly knowledgable. We have had both our children's tongue and lip tie revisions here and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for such wonderful care!
As someone who has always been fearful of the dentist, I can say that this office has made me not dread my visits. Everyone is so friendly and understanding.
The people that work there are so accommodating and friendly. Our son is afraid of Dr. visits and typically doesn't make it through appointments without crying or melting down. But, they allowed him to take his time and feel comfortable and gained his trust. We could not be any happier with East Berlin Smiles and the service they provide to young children.

They go a long way towards making the patient feel welcome and comfortable - from initial phone contact, to receptionist, to dental hygienist, to dentist. I found them to be very thorough in their diagnosis, and treatment. They use best practices and modern equipment. I would recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.
