Dr. Gentry did an excellent job explaining everything and making me feel at ease. I have never felt like that a doctors office
Dr. Gentry listened to my concerns and explained the surgery procedures in detail. She is very personable.
Dr Gentry is so awesome, I don't even care than I often have to wait over an hr. She's thorough and makes sure the job is done right and that all your needs are taken care of.
I thought Dr. Gentry was great. I was expecting to have to wait far longer than I did, so I grateful to get in and out in a reasonable timeframe. She listened and she was thorough in her suggestions and evaluation. I would have liked her to delve more into my family and health history to uncover issues I might not have thought impt to raise, but she did address my short list of questions very well. She's fantastic! I knew she would be thorough and honest, and that's why I went to her as soon as I suspected I might have a problem. She not only got to the heart of the problem but was reassuring as well. I consider myself very fortunate to have been referred to her.
I had a wonderful experience. Some people have mentioned their wait time was bad, but I didn't have an issue. I arrived 15 mins as I was supposed to, and I went in before I finished filling out paperwork. I got changed and had just enough time to finish the documents before Dr. Gentry walked in. I have no complaints.
In 6+ years I have only experienced a long wait once in her office and that was due to an emergency with another mom/baby. The staff was very good about letting me know what was happening. I also loved my regular visits with her nurse practitioner Kathy but she has left the practice so I really hope they replaced her with someone as wise and capable as Kathy was.
Dr. Gentry is A good listener professional person she answer all your questions if you don't understand them she would explain to the best of her ability. She rocks!
