Don’t go anywhere else for your MRI. This place is the best! I had an MRI on my ankle done today. Their team is very friendly and professional. The facility is clean. Best of all is the machine is open! Not closed like most machines. You don’t feel trapped.
I have pretty intense anxiety and claustrophobia. When I had to get an MRI I was freaking out until I found EastBay Upright MRI. The staff were very friendly, patient and understanding and I was able to get through it. The machine is very narrow so that is something to consider, but over all a great experience.
They would not accept Medicare or my secondary Aetna health insurance.
