I have nothing but great things to say about East Amherst Family Dental. From the front office ladies to the hygienists, assistants and the doctors, they always make me feel wonderful, relaxed and comfortable. Yes I am one of "those" that dislike dental work but Dr Laura Barres and her assistants made me feel calm and secure during a procedure last week and today. I'm terrified of the dentist. Always had to have a dentist in walking distance because of the vodka intake. But after 10 years of not going, I broke a tooth and needed help, and that's how I discovered EADC. They aren't just gentle, they're sympathetic. The hygienist, Shannon, comes out to the waiting room and sits with me until I am ready to go in. She is very sensitive to my fears, and her work has done much to allay them. Jennifer is a fantastic dental Hygienist...so gentle, knowledgeable and efficient. She misses nothing! Dr. Fagin has been my dentist since the 90's. No other dentist I had in the past was as caring as he. He is an expert in his profession. My smile is back!
I have been a patient at East Amherst Dental for years. I have a huge fear of the Dentist and I have never experienced one uncomfortable moment . Everyone in the office is so kind and thoughtful. I would highly recommend you visit them in the future.

I am so impressed with the entire staff at the East Amherst dental center. The cleaning I get from Jen is top notch. She is very thorough and professional. She is gentle and detailed in the hour-long cleaning process. It feels great afterwards and I've never had such wonderful results from any other dental hygienist. Dr. Rice and Dr. Wendling couldn't be better. They have great expertise in their field and I am so happy I found the Amherst dental center! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!��
