I've found EA extremely easy to work with, very clear in their pricing, and the services extremely valuable for the price. It has been very helpful to pay one monthly fee that's much less than bringing on a part time accountant/bookkeeper and be able to ask them questions, solve problems, and let them take care of the rest. I've already recommended EA to another organization I work with and continue to be pleased with their services.
