I was promised so much in help with tax planning and if it was worth converting of my company from ****** from *********I provided all the information they requested. Confidential information. And then silence for 30 days. Then when I asked for an update after 30 days then had no idea what I was talking about. Like the email thread did not exist.

There appeared to be some miscommunication where our sales *** left a message after an initial call and she apparently expected to be communicated with by email, which we didn't know. She did provide copies of tax returns, which is typical during the sales process so that we can review her situation and recommend services. Saw a commercial on ******* for this service and it made me feel physically sick. Hateful messages against LGBTQ people, and running over protesters in the road like its funny? Killing people? Support the right? F*** this company. I hope no one supports this business and should also find the commercial and see how it makes you feel.

We found the team at Easier via the Xero website. We use Xero for our day to day accounting, so it was important to us that we work with a group that was already familiar with that product. Easier was one of several firms we interviewed after a previous provider dropped the ball. Worked with Easier Bookkeeping to set up my Xero Software. At first I wasn't sure if remote help would work, but it worked great. Chris and I connected over Zoom and I was able to watch him work while he was teaching me the system. I found Easier to be professional, tech-savvy and a great partner for Xero.
