Would never recommend. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and found out that the transmission fluid was motor oil black color. I can't believe that a dealership would do this to a customer. I spoke to the sales manager and was told that he would leave it. I am going to have to have four services and be out $380 just to get it where it should be. Then I run the chances of having transmission problems. Shout out to my service advisor Rick Johnson for always taken care of me and my IS250. During my last visit I learned that my air bag needed to be repaired. Rick and Lexus went above and beyond and were able to fix this issue even though it was out of warranty at no cost. Best customer service ever!
I have been taking my Lexus to Rick Johnson for 8 years. He is the best service manager! I bought my RX 300 used from Scottsdale Lexus (now Earnhardt Lexus)and have had all the service done there over the years and it is now 15 years old with 190,000 miles. Rick lets me know when and what service is due when. I feel confident my car is good to go for another 80,000 miles. Also love the new location!
I can't say enough about Earnhardt Lexus. They make the buying process so easy! Ken was amazing to work with and found me exactly what I was looking for! This is my 3rd CT200h car lease with my salesman, Leo Suhargo. The car lease/purchase experience is something I never enjoy or look forward to experiencing. In the past it has been simply a miserable experience - going to a dealership, being bombarded by salesmen at the door and everything else that happens after that. Horrible experience with sales person went in to check out a vehicle and numbers didn't turn out too good, sales guy was mad and didn't even bother to get our name or phone number to keep in touch like we wasted his time. First time going and probably the last because of that interaction later on the day we went to another dealer and had our experience 100x better than our first one at Lexus.
