The buying experience was good. However, after purchase experience is not great. The day my temporary tag expired I got a call from the sales person telling me they forgot to do the emissions test. He instructed me to get emissions test and they will reimburse me the emission test fee. It's been over a month, I finally got my license plate but still no reimbursement for the emission test. Amazing experience! I can't say enough great things about the team that helped me find and purchase my car. Ken Pahl and Doug Ebner worked effortlessly to help me find the car I really wanted. They treated me like family and explained every detail of every step of the sale. Then,they stayed late into the evening, after hours to make sure I left with every question answered and was comfortable with all the vehicle's features. THANK YOU!
