There is no other Lexus dealership for me. They have an amazing team and their customer service is outstanding. Bought my Wife's 2016 RX350 with the help of Mike Testani. They make going to the dealership fun.
This dealership is great, and I highly recommend salesman Leo Suhargo. I'm a return customer of his, and he really sets the standard. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, no high pressure tactics...just excellent information about every aspect of these cars -- all models, years, and features. Love the new facility, and the service department is also awesome.

I love my Lexus. It's my second one. I first had an RX300 and now a GX470 w/ almost 150k miles. It's in great shape and runs fantastic. Most of all my Service Advisor; Rick Johnson, is the absolute best. He simply "rocks"!! If he ever left, I'd follow him. He is honest, truthful, and is always a genuine gentleman. A very down to earth guy who is Great.

I am driving the 3rd Lexus I purchased from Earnhardt. The dealership is committed to providing impeccable customer service. My Service Manager, Tom Miller, always is helpful and guides me through whatever maintenance or work needs to be done. Sometimes he tells me that I can wait on a particular service--there is no pressure. There is a closer dealership to me, but it is worth the extra drive to maintain my relationship with Tom and Earnhardt Lexus.
