I called Earnhardt and told them what I had for a trade in, and what I wanted to pay for a monthly payment. JP and Toby worked with me via phone (we are in Yuma). They worked with the me until we got what we wanted. They were willing to deliver the car to us in Yuma. But we were able to drive up there to get the car, and they were willing to wait for us until 9:00 pm when we got there. I came into Earnhardt Cadillac because a friend of mine recommended me. I had been to Brown and Brown auto group three times and the challenges with the front shock and the brakes never got fixed. When I went to the Earnhardt Cadillac I could tell Mario had his act together.
