We (The Bing Brothers Band & Jake Krack) played across your microphones last month at the historic Carter Family Fold in Hiltons, VA ... They purchased them after doing sound for the Earls of Leicster (using your mics) ... All we can say is WOW, & we will definitely be purchasing some if our own !!!! Unbelievable sound -- quote from Tim Bing " That mic was made for a banjo" !!

Spent all day yesterday testing out my new Myrtle. I mainly bought it to be a live performance mic and it completely lived up to my expectations when I plugged it in to my little Acoustic PA. I was also very impressed with its studio application as well. My normal studio mic for vocals is a Shure KSM 32 and I feel Myrtle is definitely on a par with that for vocals and is probably an even better room mic. GREAT product.

Heard a 4 piece bluegrass band last night through an Ear Trumpet on a live radio show broadcast from a church with an audience of about 100 and it sounded amazing , even through mid grade sound system.

Several other bands have used it as well at different festivals and each has fell in love with it as well as every sound man who has EQ'd. They love the fact they can push way more gain on it without any issues as well the warm and very natural tone reproduction. Every live sound engineer who's hooked it up has looked at it like a gimmick...it takes about 5 minutes and... read more
