About this business

Specialties Professional-quality modern microphones built out of re-purposed objects and materials with designs that evoke the industrial glamor of the 1930s and 40s. Sound great, look amazing: the microphones from our workshop are unlike anything you've seen anywhere else. They combine high-end electronics and sound with playfully eclectic design - the perfect recipe for the creative performer.

Best mic I've ever used for a single mic, acoustic band application, live or studio. Thank you Ear Trumpet Labs! I use a Louise and a bass-enhanced Edwina.

These mics are the real deal! I use Myrtle in combo with two Edwina's for live performances with my band The Hillbilly Gypsies. These mics are perfect for live acoustic performances. I am planing on getting one of the Edna small diaphragm models next! Do yourself a favor and get one of these mics! Actually, get them all!

In my acoustic duo, Johnson & Miller, we always get kind words about the sound of Louise. We've been using Louise for nearly a couple of years now and we don't want to use anything else. As much as we like our ETL mic, we really love Ear Trumpet Labs, the company. They are easy to reach and you can speak to the owner, Phillip Graham himself or his daughter, Malachi, for any questions you have before or after the sale. I can't say enough good things about the company and their products.

I've started using Ear Trumpet microphones for all of my live acoustic recording projects and I've got to say my overall production quality has gone up a considerable amount. Thank you Ear Trumpet!

We have been using the Louise for our Bluegrass band this summer. I also used it at a festival where I am the sound engineer. The thing I like about these mics, is that you can crowd in close if you want, and it doesn't distort. But you can also hear the rest of the band six feet away. These mics are the most forgiving I have ever used for live sound. I'm looking forward to doing some recording with them.
