For years I've been going for severe ear issues from late stage Lyme disease. Complete ear drum ruptures, blood & infection & hearing loss. Fluid sacks in inner ears. They dismissed me countless times & said nothing was wrong or I was crazy then after I got the positive Lyme test, they back peddled & released they misdiagnosed me or lack there of. Dr Ruth Lipman is a wonderful Doctor,made sure I was well and healthy enough to go back to work and in general. Just not her job she genuinely cares.
Saw my wife and did a couple of tests. They ignored everything she told them, told her she has a dry nose, told her they want to do an allergy test (she already had one done, they still insisted on another) then sent us a $300 bill.... So glad we didn't agree to the extra and unnecessary test. God knows what they would have charged for that.
I attended an appt with my son. As a parent I started to ask questions towards the end of the visit to gain full understanding and clarify things that were not clear before leaving. The provider's bedside manor was not good. When I did ask questions it was almost as if my questions were to much or bothersome. It was also like pulling teeth to get clear polite answers. I cant remember the last time leaving a doctor's appt feeling that way. :(
