The doctors here are so kind and professional but the lady at the front is soooo rude. She won't bother to talk to you and will ignore you when you try to check in. A shame because the doctors here are great :/ (This is my 4th visit and her attitude has never changed.)
I recently had a successful Balloon Sinuplasty and Rhinaer procedures done here by both Dr. Chan and PA Ablajan. Both were very thorough and professional. No issues post surgery. Medical staff for follow up care was also very attentive and careful. Highly recommended.
The receptionist answered the phone without speaking any English and just hung up on me.... Please!! hire someone who can actually communicate in English!!
