I don't know what is going on with these bad reviews but I just saw dr.ruthann lipman for the first time and she was WONDERFUL! Everyone was absolutely wonderful. Everyone stuck to the task on hand, the nurse told me they were gonna use a numbing spray before they did it. The scope is brought in, obviously they have to look in stuff of you're at an ENT appointment, when dr.lipman came in she had a small quick history and symptom questions, told me she'll spray another nostril. Was there TWICE IN TWO DAYS (referred by another physician) after weeks of dizziness, chills and just plain feeling unwell.. the doctor and physician's assistant of ENT both saw inflammation and told me to they believe it would be solved by me taking my Xantac for my acid reflux.. I even called their after hours number a few days later because I wasn't getting any better... Fast forward to now a FULL EIGHT 8 days later [OF UNNECESSARY PAIN], I go see YET ANOTHER healthcare provider and find out I have a pretty bad sinus infe... read more

Highly recommend Ruthann Lipman. Her surgical skills along with her lovely personality makes for one top notch doctor. My overall care was seen to before,during and after surgery with no complaints.
