I had an appointment at ENT’s new location. Dr. Dickson treated me for ear wax and checked my throat. It was as always a positive experience.
I saw Dr Murrell in Livonia today for a plugged ear. She was great did not hurt at all. This is my first time having to get this done. She was informative and very nice and very quick and efficient. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because the receptionist at her check-in desk was very rude to me. She greeted me in kind of an angry snotty tone, and I think she had a chip on her shoulder. Dr. Meraj is the best ENT there is in Michigan. Thank you Dr. Meraj for not hurting me when I had to have steroid injections in my right eardrum to try and save my hearing. Not only wasn't it painful but you did save my hearing. If it had not been for you I would be dead today! It was you that found the brain tumor. All the while I was getting Botox for migraines and it was the tumor. My daughter and I think you are the best there is. Again thank you so much for your patience, time and healing hands.
