Absolutely horrible!! Money hungry ppl, front office is just HORRIBLE!! i had an a appointment on 02/18/2026 @3:15 with Dr. Waxman, front office rude receptionist told me from a get go "Oh, u have balance with us of $40, your insurance was denied back at 2022 and we got to collect that before dr will see u" I was so upset, of course i did not paid them, it is not about the $, it is matter of principle, never recieved any notice from them or my insurance been denied or bill the i owe them $40 and I already paid them from my p... read more

Dr. Dickson is very knowledgeable, thorough in his exams, takes the time to explain things, and is patient with listening to & answering questions. Ditties for their kind Audiologist Leah. Nurses Carrie, Martha, & Ann are also very friendly & helpful. Super good service from everyone there for both my Dad & Mom.
Dr Dickson was very nice and competent and offered many helpful suggestions. I will definitely return in 6 weeks. However every time he’s always 45 minutes late which is very annoying.
