Was referred to them by a family member. Called to make an appointment yesterday Thursday February 3rd 2017 multiple times. Left voicemails and then 0 to speak with someone. They told me the ONE PERSON responsible for returning calls would. They did not. I called again to leave another voicemail...mailbox full. Worst customer service ever. Still have not heard from them. This isn't 1980...I'm sure the doctors are great. The doctors must not know that they have incompetent people trying to manage their potential customers. Ba... read more
My son has had tonsillitis since the day he was born in swear. After hundreds of Dr and bills every year. It was to point son would say mom time to go get a prescription. He had become his own specialist. After 13 years we were finally referred here. Doc said let's get them out within seconds of appointment. When my son went back his post op checkup he hugged Doc and said Thank you. The happiest kid to have surgery ever. No more pain and suffering. Thank you.
Very professional, highly qualified doctors! Staff is great! Office is clean! My daughter has always been scared to go to the doctor but not to go see Dr. Yu! We had to have tubes put in her ears at 1 years old and even though it is a standard procedure it is a scary in hospital procedure but they make it so nice. We will miss Dr Yu but are very happy she is all better!
Third time to have Dr Schroeder work his magic with my daughter. Tonsils and tubes at 5, nasal surgery at 14 and finally fixing her nose now that she's an adult. Caring and patient staff and they listen. Just because they might say something that isn't what you want to hear, doesn't mean it's not what is needed. They take their time and really spell out what's up and expectations. Thank you-can't wait to see my daughter's new nose she can actually breathe through!
Do not waste your time or money, choose a different practice. Very rude, unhelpful staff, terrible service.
