Terrible care & dropped from practice because I complained & wanted to switch mds !! 😡

We love Dr. Goll, he did my 2 year old adenoidectomy and she is been great. I wish they could return calls sooner. When I call I get voicemails but no call back at all, but they were good to call me to collect Dr. Goll’s fees before surgery even when I called 1 week before to pay these. My guess is that they don’t check their voicemails. I never get to talk to someone live, always voicemail. Only person who return calls is Steve in Triage. I hate to give 3 stars because they are great, but their customer service must improve... read more
Dr. W. Schroeder did my sinus surgery together with Dr. Brookshire and the rest of the his staff ... everybody was amazingly great... can't ask for more , from the time he examined my condition, pre-ops and post- ops !!! Highly recommended ENT of Nevada ����

Dr.Goll & his team were fantastic, from my first phone call to them, to get in ASAP - my surgery & all of my post op check ups. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing to see an ENT. I do not have one negative to point out.
