Garbage apartment complex. They don't fix anything. Been without air conditioning the whole summer. They just don't care
I move in on June 1st and au am so excited thanks to the leasing manager ms.shanonnia super responsive and just a really big help she made me and my son feel at home from the very beginning can’t wait to live in
I really can't believe some of these bad reviews, I have been here for 8 yrs in Nov, I live on Joliet St side, no mice no roaches, no bad experience, staff is great and so is Maitnance. No bs maybe the street makes a difference idk. Or how u keep ur place clean. But love my place.
It's all in how you make it. I have been around the best apartments and they have problems... It's all in how you make it. You see something SAY SOMETHING... management can only see things to a degree and they don't see everything... I have lived here many years and truly enjoy my apartment and I take my living quarters SERIOUSLY...
