Everything is great so far, except the parking. Don't forget a pass or your car gets towed for $200+... Learned that after living here only 2 weeks. permanent passes cost $30/ea. covered parking is like $30/month. if you set trash outside your door while cleaning, well that's $25/bag and they don't even take it for you. and my car still got broken into with their "security". Low income housing my ass...
