My family and I moved in March around the time the pandemic shut everything down. The apartment not ready for tenants. I have been telling the office about issues since the minute I got my Keys. Took 7 months to finally fix stuff. We moved in to an apartment with rats who destroyed many of my belongings that I can’t afford to replace. RecommendedChanging managers very frequent. Neighbors are good, very quiet and it is very clean.
Great place to live! I’ve had a lot of family that live there and I’ve noticed that the staff is very friendly and the manager is always on point when it comes to getting things done around the complex. National Night out was extremely fun today that I won a $15 DQ gift card from a raffle. The staff and maintenance guys are awesome here when you have a concern they get to it pronto. It's such a nice apartment complex, with no mosquitos and lovely environment.
The office does not work with you, especially when residents are elderly. They are taken advantage of the less unfortunate. Would tell you to stay away, management NEEDS to change because you are making living more difficult for residents that are going to difficult time...SHAME ON YOU, Eagle Ridge "office".
Great place to live. I had family living there and they loved it. And we loved visiting.
