Horrible management & maintenance. Dealt with a leak the entire time I was there and it literally took almost 3 months for them to even attempt to fix & clean it. Now I'm being charged all these bogus charges & them claiming they mailed the balance that was due. I dealt with a roach infestation, mold, lousy management even worse maintenance I would not reccomend at all. Good luck to the tenants in building #9. Oh and keep all your maintenance receipts they made it a point to never leave one, demand one.
I lived there for 5 years, and I'm so happy I'm not there anymore at first when we moved in, everything was great, maintenance fixed anything no longer than 3 days, but when the management changed everything went down, horrible horrible very mean management, when you leave a note about something broken, they come after 3 months which you don't even remember what was it about the dumb management gave me downstairs appartment mailbox with mine when I went to pick up mine

I love my apt.I. have lived here for 10 years I am on the third floor the floors plan is great I have live in a lot of other properties and this is best one and large one bedroom Apts.
Well kept grounds. Maintenance requests done in reasonable time. Friendly staff. New paint on buildings makes apartments look much better.
Horrible management and maintenance staff. Don't try and rent here broken appliances and dirty apartments. The manager and her team are a joke. The manager bethanie is a bi*** will charge you bogus charges and will not return your call. Her assistant talks to you as if you are uneducated and below her. Please beware of this place
