I lived at Eagle Point for a year. I have no complaints. The staff was easy to work with prior to moving in and so friendly every time I dropped in the office. They also plan activities for the residents including a Christmas gift wrapping station which I definitely took advantage of. When I asked about installing a handheld shower head myself I was told it was OK. I went to my apartment and 5 minutes later a maintenance person showed up to remove their shower head for me. Moved in back in march and have had troubles since. They had 2 weeks notice of the move in date. apartment wasnt ready. It was dirty and there were holes under sinks. Toilet wouldnt flush, had to call 2 times to get it fully fixed. The heater was going out and they kept saying nothing was wrong till it broke. Now almost a full month and I kept calling about having cold water. Still not fixed after calling 5 times! They just kept resetting it to mask the issue. Lived here for 7 months while I went to school. It was a great stay never had any problems here! Great lady's in office, maintenance was fast to respond to a problem. All around great place to live!
If you love druggies and mariachi music 24/7 this is the place for you. Utter ghetto. Read the other reviews. Eagle Point (well, all Case and Associates properties) let anyone live there. ICE needs to be called.
The staff is great! The manager was accommodating and very kindly helped us even when we came in at closing time. The location is great!

Having lived at Eagle Point for more than 3 years I have been very pleased. It's a quite community and the management is very responsive to any issue. I feel like it's a great community and a real value.
Friendly staff good prices pool they do events during holidays.
