Knowledge of job was good. He also checked our hot water tank. Good impression.
Good work professionalism
Shower unit was replaced multiple times.(Wrong size, cracks) Project was rejected. Hired another contractor to complete job.

This project did not go at all as planned, we did apologize sincerely for all of the various problems that arose and charged nothing for the demolition work that had been completed or for the removal of the plumbing we had already installed. Sometimes things just do not go smoothly and we could have handled this much better than we did, we would like to again apologize for how horribly this went and strive to always do better.

Contacted Home Advisor and received a phone call on the same afternoon. We needed a new deep well pump. Ty came by the same afternoon and provided a bid for the job. Started work the following afternoon and worked on the weekend. Very professional and courteous. Ty and Clay did a great job and always had a smile. Will recommend them to others and would hire them again for future work.
I didn't actually hire them for the initial project, as their bid was higher than the competitor (West Mechanical). I did hire them for a separate plumbing job, and they were available immediately and did a great job. When the water came back on, one toilet wouldn't shut off, and ended up needing some repair..As I told Ty, I felt the standard charge was too high under the circumstances.
Contacted home advisor on a Friday, early evening. Within a minute I received a call from Eagle Plumbing. Work performed the following morning,(a Saturday, no less) after full explanation of options. Ty was courteous, answered all my questions and did a great job. Would def. hire them again. Cost was very fair compared to other quotes.
Great customer service, went out of there way to help me find a part that they didn't have in-stock.
