Last plumbers we hired came in with a very heavy sales pitch and charged a lot more than we were anticipating. Eagle did not do this, so we'll stick with them.
Nate and Kyle did a great job of installing a new well pump for us. I would have liked an itemized bill for the work that was done. The suggestion of replacing everything (pressure tank, piping, well pump, etc.) didn't set well with us, but when we decided to only replace the pump, we were very happy with the work that was done.

They responded quickly and were able to fit me into their schedule the next day.
Very responsive and timely service. Had two jobs done by them and pleased with quality of the work and the pleasant and courteous manner of both Ty and Nate. The lower value stars is because I am not a fan of charging a flat rate by the job/by the book. Turned out to be a much easier fix than anticipated and, yet, the charge was based on worse case scenario. I understand this is SOP, but I like time and materials charge better.

Rather it is based on a pricing scale that uses our technicians knowledge of the task, our price levels and what they think it might take to complete said task, that information is then used to calculate a price based on what we see in front of us. They were on time and ended up being able to cut a hole in the bathroom shower stall. This eliminated the need to go thru from another room to reach the controls. A very much appreciated event.
They where on time. Checked all my plumbing issues. Very fair price. We have our future pluming and heating needs with Eagle. Just outstanding in all areas.
Professional and responsive to the requirements needed to accomplish tasks in a quick and high standard. Will hire again if needed.
