I ordered and paid for my Synthroid prescription in late July. My order was shipped on July 30. I have not received my medication yet and today is August 13. I have made 5 calls now to request that they re-send it to me at no charge to me. On August 7, I spoke with Linda in Tier II. I am very disappointed in Eagle Pharmacy! They told me my Synthroid would be sent out in 5 days, and I would receive it in 10. The very next morning, I called to say, I wanted to pick it up because of the heat outside. Sorry we shipped it already! They mailed my Synthroid via USPS. The representative I spoke with said it would be delivered Saturday. Turns out it came on Friday and was left in the blistering hot Florida sun and heat. Ok, I have changed my review after today. Like everyone else I was having difficulty with the website and understanding the process. I finally got the right person on the phone who walked me through the entire process. Donna is amazing and patient. She explained everything. I will say that the website is more designed to work better with a computer, laptop or chromebook. I had to create a new account making sure the username didn't have any odd characters just letters.
