If there is a medication delivery to be had, they will find a way to mess it up and delay your package. I recommend a minimum of 1 month safety net on time before you need your refill if you'd like to get it on time. The best part is, when you call customer service, there is a reasonable chance that they'll be condescending, rude, and unresponsive. The number listed on their website and on google maps doesn't work, so if there's an issue with your prescription you will not be able to reach anyone. I've been trying for days to contact them about my prescription and the automated answering system disconnects me every time I call, whether I say I am a patient or am calling from a doctor's office. Absolutely horrible service. You call their phone number and it is nearly impossible to actually talk to somebody. Also, they make mistakes on automatic refills by sending twice the amount needed. And then their website does not let you make changes. If select "track your order", it does not tell you anything. And prescriptions have to be submitted by FAX!!!! Who uses faxes??? Been with them for years, but very frustrated now as no one ever answers the phone. And they continue to send prescription even though I've cancelled automatic refills. Someone please contact me.
Website never works. I wish this place would shut down as I would prefer to pay full price vs. non-existent customer service
