RecommendedArmand was my inspector. He arrived on time and took his time doing the walk through/inspection. He gave me valuable feedback which ultimately led to my decision to NOT purchase that specific home. If it wasn't for him being thorough I would not have known the issues going on with the home which would have costed me thousands. I will use Eagle again for my next inspection. Bianca-
Ron was amazing!! He was very personable as soon as we introduced ourselves. Ron is skilled in knowing what to look for in homes. He asked us questions to see if we knew the answers. He was very thorough from the outside of the home and all around and from the basement on up. The questions I did ask, he gave me the answers to in layman's term. Eagle did not tell me about several fundamental problems with the home I purchased that wound up costing a lot of money. the downstairs bathroom water pressure was almost nonexistent--major plumbing problems; the air conditioner was so old it couldn't be serviced and a new unit required structural changes to the attic. There was no heating or cooling at all in one room. More than half of the windows don't open--the cranks are broken or there is some other problem.
