In March, Ron inspected the 3-family house I'm buying in Stonington, CT. He performed a very thorough inspection and a very comprehensive report with pictures. We were able to negotiate remediation of several issues Ron pointed out (nothing major, fortunately for us and the seller--but I was happy to have them taken care of prior to closing). Thank you Ron. I appreciate your attention to detail and recommend your services -- highly!
Ron took his time and inspected every aspect of the house. He took pictures and investigated anything that looked suspicous. He was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. His report was ready the same day for me and the my agent to review. I definately reccomend Ron and Eagle home inspections.
