Ron was awesome and gentle with the clients. We had a near perfect home to start with but Ron explained all the systems and what was normal wear and tear. Ron IS fantastic. He was on time and professional. I really felt very comfortable in his presence throughout the inspection and was impressed by his expertise. He took his time to do his job properly and explained what he was looking at, why it was important, and what to look out for in the future. He is efficient with his reports and immediately got mine back to me. I will absolutely turn to Ron again for my next inspection!
