I like referring Ron because he is knowledgeable. I also admire the way he addresses a problem, if he uncovers one. No drama. My inspector Armand was very thorough with inspecting the property and explained his process to me when he arrived. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the equipment on the property. He showed me where things were on the property like the electric meter and the laundry air duct were and explained to me the basics of upkeep on a few appliances that will help me in the long run maintaining things which I really appreciated. Ron was so knowledgeable about all aspects of home construction and safety. He explained everything as he went along, it was like a mini course in the care and maintenance of a home. He answered all our questions throughly and was warm, friendly, and professional. We learned so much and are much more confident about the purchase of our new home.
