Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a property manager/landlord. Please do not rent properties under management by this company. Absolutely unable or unwilling to responsibly manage their units in Hermiston. The Dogwood Avenue apartments are an abomination, very poor quality and overpriced. Unit was entirely uncleaned upon move in. Had to request to have it cleaned twice before it was even modestly clean. Do not rent from them! Bad service and management. I have never seen such business practices in my life.

My closing date was 20th june. Lease ended 30th may. They extended my lease was grateful and allowed me move out for 20days instead of 30 grateful for that to
Eagle Crest is the best PM company! I recently moved into a rental of theirs and it was a smooth transition. Brittany was incredible to work with and Karen is a gem! Also, Robert was helpful in this process as well. Shout out to the best! Even Aron who handles maintenance related issues was awesome! I am happy with my new home!
