We have been very pleased with Eagle Crest Property Management. Whenever an issue with the rental property occurs the management is very prompt in addressing the issue and getting it taken care of. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a property manager/landlord. Please do not rent properties under management by this company. Absolutely unable or unwilling to responsibly manage their units in Hermiston. The Dogwood Avenue apartments are an abomination, very poor quality and overpriced. Unit was entirely uncleaned upon move in. Had to request to have it cleaned twice before it was even modestly clean.
