I tried to find a Dermatologist that was willing to listen and provide actual solutions or at minimum, ideas. The front desk receptionist was extremely dry and appeared annoyed that she was having to ask me things. I even noticed this with most of their other clientele that walked in, who happened to be elderly. No patience whatsoever and just borderline rude.
