Took My Nissan Titan Truck In 10/22/17 For A Full Service Wash With an Extra Charge For Waxing. When I Was Told My Truck Was Clean I Walked Out With Employee Who Was To Clean It And My Tailgate Was Dirty, Back Windows Not Wiped, About Only 1/3 of Tire Rims Were Clean, And The Entire Body Of The Truck Was Not Wiped Down Which Proved It Was Not Waxed!! Unbelievably slow, not enough employees working. Wait in line for 30 minutes then took another 30 to get it washed!

Terrible service, the things I asked for specifically were not done. Ended up cleaning it myself at home. He spent more time "drying" the car & had no interest wiping down the inside. It was a mess

Took my new truck to Eagle Auto Wash (still has the temporary tags for another month) to have it detailed. Went to pick it up and it had an 18 inch crack in the windshield. Talked to Shelby a manager, very friendly. He indicated there was a very small chip in the shaded area down low and it was this chip that caused the crack.
