Turns out an “express membership” means nothing more than you prepaying for your washes. I watched the non-express line cars make their way into the wash bay 4x faster than the express line. That’s BS marketing.

They have the Fast Pass for those who pay $14.95 a month or $149.50 a year. I did not have that pass so everyone that came in with their Fast Pass got their car taken care of before me after I got out for them to vacuum. I waited over an hour. Even though it was really nice out, I did not want to spend an hour there.

Did a good job detailing, but they ran my battery down and they had to hop it. When they jump it, sparks flew. The next day, I had to replace my battery!

Spent $30 to clean a mini... bugs are still on windshield .. they left if in the sun to dry... everything is spotted !! Very bad.. and I use to think they were good ! My new car looked better before!!!

I went for the first time today ... I wanted to try it out before I you know get an entire detail so I didn't get the whole package, but I was supposed to get the interior like vinyl and plastic cleaned and then a vacuum and a regular drive-through wash and when I got back in the car and there are parts of the plastic/vinyl like my cup holders which I would think would be the most obvious ...seemed like they had not been touched. I showed it to an employee, which the sign in the lobby says to do...and he referenced the fact ... read more

Our tire suddenly went flat as soon as we left our car to be washed. Shelby, the manager, went above and beyond to handle the situation, although there was no evidence of a sharp object on the pavement. He and his staff installed the spare, washed our car and then he went with us to the Goodyear dealer. He arranged to have our tire fixed and then helped to put it back on our car. As a favor to a fellow businessman in the area, the Goodyear manager patched the tire himself and then helped Shelby install it at no charge! Shelb... read more

I use to have no problems here...but my husband took my car in Friday morning and it looks absolutely horrible. I seriously thought he went to a normal car wash, but he said Eagle. The windshield is one giant streak inside the outside is spotty. The only thing is right is they did vacuum it out. Shame on u all.
