the wheel brushes damaged my rims they tried to polish they to repair the damage and then said sorry that's all we will do .I had only owned the truck for three days .the wheels were not damaged prior .

I took my car in today for the Eagle Supreme Special. Given the rave reviews, I expected my admittedly gross car to be spic and span. Unfortunately, it seems they vacuumed up as much of the dog hair as they could and gave up. The interior was not cleaned at all besides the decent vacuum job. I complained and was told that my selection didn’t include the cleaning of the dash or console, just “dusting the dash.” I guess they need to change the wording on their website so this is more clear then. You really need to let the public know your new procedures. No where does it say members have head of line priority. Got my car washed only two ahead of me 10 minutes later there is six. Last wash from you guys.

Stopped in today to get my daughters car washed and purchased the 5 Star. We have been waiting here for 50 minutes and no one had touched the car for the wipe down. We are now over an hour and still the car is not ready. When we arrived there was one vehicle in the line for a wash and one behind us. Very disappointed in today’s service, seriously who has time to wait an hour and a half (at the rate it’s going) for a car wash?!
Turns out an “express membership” means nothing more than you prepaying for your washes. I watched the non-express line cars make their way into the wash bay 4x faster than the express line. That’s BS marketing.
