Horrible customer service. One sales man just assumed we had been by to look at used vehicles and then went to test drive a few new cars and Robert from sales told us we had to narrow it down to one because they were too busy, then we were turned away because I was from out of state and would be wasting his time. None of my family or friends will be buying from this place all of are vehicles have come from this area the past 50 or so years

I've purchased 2 new vehicles from Eagle Auto Mall. 2011 KIA SOUL / 2016 KIA SOUL. I am extremely pleased to have had Joe Gandhi as my sales agent, he helped me with all my questions and needs. Thank you Joe for all you did. I will continue using him as my sales agent, until I can no longer drive. The service department is also excellent, very honest and no BS. I am leasing my 2016 Mazda 6 through Eagle.. I worked with Amanda and she was awesome!! I went to a couple other local dealerships prior to going to Eagle and the customer service experience was night and day. I would recommend Eagle Auto Mall to anyone looking to buy or lease. The only downside is they can only do an oil change M-F from 7:30-2... a little inconvenient for someone who works full time.
I got my 2016 Kis soul here, Amanda Hoffmann helped me and she was beyond amazing, very friendly, and professional. she helps to take a stressful thing like looking for a car and makes it a whole lot better. Definitely will be telling everyone i know looking for a car to come here.
The parts department told me that my part would be arriving today and when I called to enquire they informed me it had not been ordered. Not only that but they were very rude and did not give me good customer service, trying to blame me for not completing the ordering process when no one had prompted me to. They didn't even offer to put the part on order for me. On another occasion they were not able to cut me new keys for my 240 because they didn't have the right machine or the keys in stock.
