The appointment scheduling was easy and accommodating to my schedule. I had not visited this office before, but had seen Dr. Wichmann in a different office (Shakopee). The hygienist was friendly and thorough. (Interaction with staff members makes all the difference when selecting a dentist.) I will drive the distance to remain a patient of Dr. Wichmann.
Dr Wichmann removed 2 old fillings and replaced one with a crown one with a new filling. He was assisted by Jeanett. Both were experts at making me feel comfortable as I was nervous. Each step was explained and medicine eliminated any pain during the procedure. I appreciated their professionalism and skills as they did their work very well. I marvel that crowns can now be done in one visit. A discount was offered for paying the total fee upon departure.
Procedure went well. So far no problems after.. Tks

As usual, another A+. Greeted with a smile and interest in how I was doing. The cleaning was painless and thorough done with concern but a fun experience. Of course, Dr.Wickman was his usual good natured self.
I always enjoy seeing everyone on my two visits a year.
