Everyone was very friendly. It did not help that I am in pain and wanted answers due to having a very tight schedule to do anything in the next couple of weeks. I wish I had more direction and help as to what to do with my pain. I also had several conversations with accounts receivable as billing not only my dental but my medical due to a jaw issue and advise from my MD. However, no one got back to me in this regard. Since I have been under the care of Dr. Steiner for 41 years that would pretty much say it all! Everyone there is very friendly and makes me feel very comfortable. The best thing during this visit was seeing Dr. Steiner yesterday. Kay always does a wonderful job on my cleaning.
