All the staff at our Dentist office is positive and welcoming. From the receptionist greeting to the Hygenist cleaning and the Dentist checking in, everyone seems to be having a good day. How refreshing!
Kristin is the absolute sweetest! She made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She addressed all of my concerns and offered some very helpful advice. Even the women at the front desk were warm and kind and did nothing but make me smile! Dr. Wichmann is excellent and extremely knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to more appointments here! (Not only did I leave smiling but my smile is sparkly clean too, thank you again!)

Valley Oaks Dental goes out of their to make your experience positive whether it is a teeth clean or root canal. They always explain ahead of time what they are seeing and what their recommendations are and why. They even call your insurance carrier to get some pricing so there is not sticker shock when you get the bill for over what insurance covers. Kay is amazing. Going to the dentist can be uncomfortable, but the receptionist, the dental hygienist and the dentist all worked together to make it an easy experience. I trust them with myself and my kids. Thank you!
I had two hours of dental work done that has in 48 hours improved my mouth health. The dentist is so professional and caring. The dental assistant was also very caring and asked questions that allowed different conclusions towards helping my dental health. I am so happy to have a group of people who know their field. The office staff is also excellent!

Had a great time at the dentist, weird right? They always treat me with the upmost respect and kindness, they will give me advise and areas of the teeth to work at more but won't make me feel bad while doing so. The people that work there are easy going and fun to chat with, overall the most comfortable atmosphere for a dentist I have ever been in.
Another great job cleaning my teeth.
