I was told by another dentist office that I would need dentures, so I went to Dr. Navarro for a second opinion. Dr. Navarro gave me a more positive opinion- I didn’t need dentures and he was able to save a lot of my teeth (some with just fillings and crowns rather than full root canals! I was very impressed by the new facility. The colors and stone make it inviting. Lobby is Great! They got me in early and did a great job cleaning and checking my teeth. I have been a patient for only a couple of years and have been pleasantly surprised by the great team work and professionalism at Valley Oaks. Thank you, Laurie.
After I broke a tooth they got me right in and I had a new crown in just an hour. Outstanding service and quality of treatment.
I was able to have Thanksgiving dinner today with a brand new tooth because Dr. Jeff Wichmann spent extra time yesterday to create the new tooth for my implant. He is an artist as well as a dentist. Many thanks, Dr. Wichmann! :)
I had an excellent checkup due to the dental assistant not only doing a good job cleaning my teeth but explained what was going to happen and went over and above making me feel comfortable during the visit. Assisted in taking not just X-rays of the teeth but pictures in a couple problem areas to document the current state and then for future reference. The new building was exceptionally nice as well.
Beautiful new offices. State of the Art tools. Well trained professional dental staff. Provided with accurate health regarding my dental needs. Dr Nick Navaro has great respect for patients, and enjoys taking time to explain the depth and breath of dental needs required , with my best interest in mind. We have been long time patients of Valley Dental. Dr Joseph Steiner did an outstanding job at making sure his excellent care for his dental patients would continue after his retirement. Dr Wickmann and Dr Navaro and the staff are greAt. On my recent visit, we referred a new patient! The new office is state of the art, welcoming and a great experience.
I chipped my front tooth Wednesday night and Dr.Jeff was able to see me Thursday, My teeth look better now then before I chipped it! He is awesome!!Thank you so much. He was professional, quick and kind!
