The atmosphere was pleasant and even relaxing withpleasant conversation. I was able to be a part of it but not more than I wanted (since, of course, it's hard to talk!) The job was a long one but was done efficiently and expertly. The assistant, Denise (I believe) and Dr. Wickham worked well together. Apologies if I didn't get the names quite right...I checked home page and "about us" but couldn't find either.
Leslie and Dr. Steiner were friendly and professional. 6mo Check up taken on time and done in an hour.
The people at Valley Oaks Dental are the best! They're friendly and genuine. I was feeling a little anxious and they put me almost immediately at ease. Thank you to everyone, especially Marie and Dr Ventrucci!
I have been coming her for over thirty five years. I have the most confidence in the staff and dentist. I trust them to take care of my needs and I know that they do their best to make me feel relaxed and comfortable.
Our family has just changed dentists and have found Valley Oaks Dental to be a great fit. Scheduling is easy and flexible, reminders come in multiple ways, the staff is friendly, competent. and willing to accomodate our personal needs. Even at our first visits, we were treated like family.

I've been going to this dental office my entire life. Recently I saw Dr. Steiner and the dental assistant was Johni. Both have been consistently friendly over the years and promote a "family style" atmosphere, which makes me feel comfortable in what is typically regarded as an uncomfortable experience. The reception people are also very nice and responsive to appointment requests. I would recommend this dental office.
