Complete slum lord. I will never rent from them and I wouldn't recommend either
E properties helped my older sister rent out her first apartment unit earlier this year. They exceeded our expectations in every way. We were given different options in terms of room sizes, apartment location and most importantly state of the art appliances in these units. We have never had any problems with utilities and management is very diligent in terms of making the living conditions comfortable for all tenants. This is a first class company that is extremely well run! At Windows R Us I have the pleasure of working with these guys very often. They are using quality products ( and a pretty good contractor, lol) to provide people with some great housing opportunities and making a huge difference in neighborhoods that are in need of repairs. Top notch!
