This company is very bad with first time home buyer loans. The buyer for the home I’m the listing agent on has been trying to get through underwriting for almost 75 days now. The closing has been delayed now 4 times! The loan originator, Robyn H********* and her boss Paul H***** (Atlanta office) have given my seller excuse after excuse as to why this loan has been delayed.
