The woman I went through was one of the rudest persons I have ever dealt with. She made me feel very stupid and I told her as much. I told her I was not going through with the loan, something she could not even understand, and had her manager call me. He told me he would call me at mid-morning the next day with a different solution and I would never have to talk to her again. I said OK. Never heard from him. They Both lied to me. They are not to be trusted!

They were very rude and wont leave me alone we wish not to follow threw with referencing our house and they keep harassing us and told me that I was unintelligent they tried to keep going threw with the refinance and got a hold of our insurance to proceed without us after we said no and didnt sign anything but he closed our case anyways and proceeded without us the (main banker)

So Happy I Chose Them. ****** ***** is my lender. I just refinanced with her at ***. Everything was flawless. I have worked with ****** in the past, and her and *** are incredible. This was my first refinance. Got a great rate, it was easy, the application process and paperwork requirements were streamlined. In the end, the wrap up was quick, finances were organized and I found myself in a very comfortable place. I was very apprehensive when I received a mailer in the mail. I called out of curiosity just to hear what the offer was and how things might work. This is when I first got in contact with Vincent. I asked him a few questions and he very politely quickly answered back. We got to the stage where he was asking me a few questions, because I got the information through the mail again I was a little cautious. Terrible company to work with. My taxes were lowered on my property, I spoke to a rep who said they will run an escrow analysis early since the taxes decreases so significantly. My next mortgage payment went up! I called in asking and a different rep said I didn't provide the correct paperwork (I was never told this the first time). I sent the paperwork they requested, 3 weeks go by and I hear absolutely nothing. I call back and the rep has no idea what is going on and will email the escrow and tax department... Wendy was very helpful answering my questions, before I decided to refinance. She was well prepared and did great walking me through the process. She kept me informed and what to expect. It seemed like it didn't take no time. Thanks for everyone help.
