Superheroes do exists in this world! I have never left any kind of review before. However, in this case I want to share my experience and thoughts I had with EMMLOANS. Wendy H****** did an excellent job from start to finish. Her communication was the best of any mortgage process I have been through (and I've been through about 10). Simply put, Wendy is a great asset to this company! When the time comes again for another loan or refinance, I will be reaching out to them again.

Wendy's abilities and expertise were exceptional including her thorough knowledge of the entire process, courteous and understandable instructions and prompt availability to respond to my concerns and questions. She completely removed all the intimidation I initially felt related to my first e-signing experience by thoroughly gaining my confidence regarding the ease of the online procedures. I greatly appreciated her attentive efforts on my behalf throughout the entire process.

Very unprofessional and do not trust them. Had the loan officer explain in detail that I would have 2 full months of no payments. This of course was not the case and I'm now having to go back to make payments to a new provider as they immediately sold my loan. I would avoid communicating or getting involved with this organization. Please do you homework as I wish I would have. I would give a ZERO rating if possible.

Unbelievable hard working people I am a first time home buyer, no experience at all , I work with James ******* , 1st I thought he is just wasting my by asking documents after documents he did not leave me alone either is in the morning late evening or Sunday , he came to my house to get us signed some documents so I was angry why he is doing this did some research and find out this is the process either I like it or not , the difference is these folks really care for their clients they want to get it done one way or another... read more

They deserve their 1 (zero) star rating. Completely and utterly incompetent. I do not look forward to having to work with them but unfortunately they haven't onsold my mortgage.

If I could put no stars to write a review I would. I spent 3 months trying to purchase a condo with EMM financial, working with Josh *********, the VICE PRESIDENT. I will never do business with this company again, where to start?! Josh has the worst communication skills around, I would promptly esign docs and nothing ever seemed to get done. I sent emails checking up on the process and I never received answers. Eventually he “reassured“ me that an appraisal was already completed and the process was on track. Then it turned o... read more
