I have used Ernie for years. He's personable. And while the work is not perfect, it's a destructive business. But I will no longer use him. He is not respectful of people's time- it took 4 appointment dates for him to show up this time to access the work of 5 trees to come down. It took Three appointments to get the work done. A corral fence needed to come down for one tree to be dropped and a horse contained in a stable for the duration. I took the fence down.
