We arranged a quick quote over the phone for replacing our halogen lights with LED lights in our home. A date was set and it all went perfectly. The staff from the call taker to the electrician who installed the lights were excellent and helpful. Would happily recommend them to anyone including family and friends. Great service.
Got our new ducted AC from E-Green Electrical. Their price was the best we found, and they were brilliant in telling us about the NSW energy rebates, which meant we could afford a top-of-the-line model. The installation team with Mitchell was fantastic – professional, clean, and even fixed an existing electrical fault for free. Despite a small initial delay in booking, the service was top-notch. I had a heat pump hot water system and a reverse cycle air con installed through E-green Electrical. Both installs were clean and neat. Elliot (sales) was easy to deal with and respected my preference for text/email over calls. There were a few issues with scheduling and communication, especially around the heat pump install - plumbers arrived earlier than agreed, and I had to chase up confirmations.
